Healing Light

I’d like for you to take a deep breath. As you breathe out, let go of the tension, the problems and concerns of the day. Again breathe in deeply and as you breathe out, let go of the problems, the concerns, the tension. Let go of all things on your mind. And a third time, breathe in deeply. As you breathe out, reach into your toes and just release and relax. Now in your mind's eye, I want you to see your version of the Creator.

However He appears to you is fine. Image Him in. Let Him appear.

See the Creator send to you a beautiful White Light and see it surround you. As it surrounds you, there are tiny little iridescent lights in it, Kind of like thousands of diamonds laying on the beach. See this beautiful White Light as it flows around you. Now imagine a crystal shell on the outside edges of this White Light. This shell is your protection so that those things which you see and hear will be for your higher good. Nothing of a negative form can flow through it. Now invite those who are in the ascended room, those who are particular guides or guardian angels and those who LOVE you to join you inside your crystal sphere.

Now in your mind's eye, see the White Light as it comes from the Creator and see it as it comes into the crown of your head. See it fill your mind, flowing down through the face, the back of the head. See and feel the White Light as it fills your throat and as it begins to flow in across the shoulders down throughout the chest, the torso, across the back. See and feel the White Light which now fills the hips, the arms and legs. Envision the White Light and make it the brightest and whitest light which you can imagine. With each breath you take, see it get brighter and brighter.

Now as the White Light comes from the Creator and enters in at the crown, see it as it flows out of the third eye, out the front. This is the energy center between the eyes and the forehead. Let it flow out and around and come in at the back of your head. See and feel the white Light as it flows out and around and in the back of the head, out the front, around the back, in the back and out the front. See and feel. Now as it flows out the front of the third eye, see it spiral down and enter in at the back of the neck and out the front of the throat. See it flow around, in the back of the neck, out the front of the throat. See and feel the White Light as it flows through here and each time envision it as the whitest light you can imagine.

Now see the white Light as it goes out the front of the throat and spirals down to the back directly behind the heart. See it as it flows in the back and out the front, in the back and out front, and again in the back and out the front. Now see it as it spirals down to the area called the solar plexus, the spot right below the Y of the root cage. See it as it enters the back, flows out the front, goes around, flows in the back and out the front, in the back and out the front.

Again, see the White Light as it spirals down to the Hadah, that spot just above the belly button. See it flow in the back, out the front, around and in the back, out the front, around and in the back, out the front. See it now flow down to the root. This is the energy center which is at the bottom of the tail bone. See it flow in the back and out the front, in the back and out the front, and again in the back and out the front

Now see the light as it comes from the Creator through the crown of the head, going straight through your body, connecting all energy centers in the center of your body, creating a solid column of light coming from the Creator. See this light as it comes in. See it as it flows, creating a spiral. Let the spiral flow the direction which is correct for you. See it as it begins the spiral within you, creating energy and light and making your body feel good. Ask your bodies to take the healing light, as much of the light to heal your body and spirit as is needed. See the body take on light in those areas where you have physical challenges and see the light flooding and filling all your spiritual bodies. Ask your spiritual bodies to take all the healing power which they need.

Now as you are one with the Father, one with the Creator and as you see the Light coming from Him and filling you, I'd like for you to now send this column of Light into the center of the earth. Send the Healing Light of the Creator through you down the center of Mother Earth. There as you see it in the center of the Earth, see all the Lights which are coming from this room and going into the center of Mother Earth. See the White Light as it begins to fill Mother Earth. See it fill her center. See it begin to fill layer after layer of Her. See the White Light as it fills layers of rock, aquifers, all the inside of Mother Earth.

Now see it as it begins to fill her oceans. As it fills her oceans, see it touch all the life therein... plants, animals.... and see them partake of the healing power which comes from the Creator. Now see the White Light as it begins to fill all the rivers streams, lakes. See the White Light as it begins to spread upon the land and as it fills the grasses, flowers, bushes, trees and as it begins to fill all the animals... small and large See the light as it begins to fill all the face of Mother Earth.

See the Light as it begins to fill all the air around Her and it touch all the birds and see all of them receiving all the healing light of the Creator. Now the Father would like for you to see this Light which comes: from Him to you as a very soft pink light. See it come in and fill your crystal shell. See it wrap around you like a very soft protecting and loving blanket. See and feel it. See it as it comes into your heart. Allow it and accept the unconditional LOVE. Let it come into your heart. Now let it flow from your heart across the land into the hearts of all the Creator's children in this room, city, state, country. See the LOVE of the Creator going out to all mankind throughout the world. See the pink light, representing unconditi6nal LOVE covering all the earth.

At this time, send the pink light into your homes.. See your homes being filled with this beautiful soft pink light. See your homes being filled from the floors to the ceiling. See all things in your home being covered with the pink light, clearing it and making it a place of LOVE for your family. See all your family members now surrounded in pink unconditional LOVE, loving each individual for who they are.₉ not what they can do for you, accepting them the way they are and how they choose to learn their lessons. Extend this unconditional LOVE into your homes and families that peace and contentment may be there. See the pink light as it surrounds you and holds you.
